    1.5 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey
    .5 oz St. George Spiced Pear
    .5 oz Amaro Nonino
    One barspoon Honey
    One barspoon Apple Cinnamon Simple Syrup
    Dash Rhubarb Bitters

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
    Stir, stir, stir.
    Strain over a really cool lookin’ piece of ice that has been lovingly placed in a double old fashioned glass.
    It’s Boomtown.

    1 cedar plank
    1 double old fashioned glass
    2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Bourbon
    .5 oz Reposado Mezcal
    Dash of Angostura bitters
    Dash of Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters
    Dash of Strongwater Herbal bitters
    1 barspoon of Colorado Honey
    1 barspoon of Oaxaca Syrup (cocoa nip & allspice)
    -1 large ice cube

    Garnish
    -Mezcal spritz
    -wide orange peel

    First: start a fire.
    -Light a cedar plank on fire and put the flame out with a double old fashioned glass
    – stir-
    2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Bourbon
    .5 oz Reposado Mezcal
    Dash of Angostura bitters
    Dash of Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters
    Dash of Strongwater Herbal bitters
    1 barspoon of Colorado Honey
    1 barspoon of Oaxaca Syrup (cocoa nip & allspice)
    -Flip glass over-
    -Place 1 large ice cube into the glass-
    -strain cocktail into smokey glass-

    Garnish
    -Mezcal spritz
    -wide orange peel

    Serve and smile.

    .5 oz Montenegro
    .25 oz San Luis Del rio mezcal
    Solerno foam garnish

    In a mixing glass combine whiskey, Montenegro, and mezcal. Stir and strain into rocks glass with ice. Add solerno foam on top of cocktail until glass is full garnish with orange peel.

    Solerno foam-
    In a 1 pint whip canister, combine 6 oz egg whites, 1 oz solerno, 1 oz lemon juice, 1oz simple syrup and charge.

    2 Teaspoons Peach Jam (substitute jams like apricot, fig, blackberry, raspberry to your liking)
    2oz Apple Juice or Apple CiderTop with Ginger Ale

    Garnish/cinnamon stick, orange, peaches and a pinch of raw sugar.
